- Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription at any time through the applicable billing or account portal (if provided) or by contacting us.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: Your materials remain yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over content you provide.
- Software License: The software provided (CLI tools) is licensed, not sold. See the applicable EULA for details.
5. API Terms
You may access your account data via the API. Abuse or excessively frequent requests may result in suspension of API access.

- Scan results are 100% accurate or complete
- Your code is secure after using our tools
- Following our recommendations will prevent security breaches
Not a Substitute for Professional Services
The Services are NOT:
- A substitute for professional security audits or penetration testing
- Professional security consulting or advisory services
- A guarantee of compliance with any regulatory framework
- Cybersecurity insurance or financial protection
Your Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Verifying and validating all scan results independently
- Making security decisions based on your own professional judgment
- Testing and verifying the security of your applications
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Protecting your systems and data from security threats
6A. Compliance Disclaimer
Our tools provide automated policy checks and compliance templates (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP, etc.). However:

- Automated security scanning and policy validation
- Compliance report generation and audit trails
- Mapping of security controls to regulatory frameworks
- Templates and baselines for common compliance standards
❌ We DO NOT provide:
- Certification or attestation of compliance
- Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) services
- Certified CMMC assessments (C3PAO)
- Legal or regulatory compliance advice
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (1) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR (2) $100 USD
- All claims must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket City Defense Solutions LLC from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you submit through the Services
9. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law: Laws of the State of Alabama
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
10. General Conditions
- Modifications: We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice
- Export Compliance: You agree to comply with all U.S. export control laws
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
